As KOOP, we provided Design, Tender, and Construction Management Consultancy, ensuring that the historical fabric was seamlessly integrated with contemporary comfort.

From wooden ceilings to built-in seating, from handcrafted details to the original plaster layers of the space, every element was preserved, while contemporary necessities were incorporated through seamless design solutions. The rooms retain their historical ambiance, while the common areas have been given a warm and inviting character for social gatherings.
