She holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Istanbul University and has also completed a Minor Program in Industrial Engineering.

After completing her MSc in Architectural Restoration at Istanbul Technical University, she specialized in the Structural Analysis of Monuments and Historical Construction through her studies at the University of Minho and the Czech Technical University.
